  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • For Loaded Potato Skins:
  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • For Mini Pizza Bites:
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pizza toppings of your choice

Instructions

  1. For Mini Buffalo Chicken Sliders:
  2. 1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce.
  3. 2. Spread blue cheese dressing on mini slider buns.
  4. 3. Fill each bun with the buffalo chicken mixture.
  5. 4. Serve immediately.
  6. For Cheesy Bacon Wrapped Dates:
  7. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  8. 2. Stuff each date with goat cheese.
