- 12 Medjool dates, pitted
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cut in half
- For Spicy Chorizo Queso Dip:
- 1 lb chorizo, removed from casing
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- For Loaded Potato Skins:
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- For Mini Pizza Bites:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pizza toppings of your choice
Instructions
- For Mini Buffalo Chicken Sliders:
- 1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce.
- 2. Spread blue cheese dressing on mini slider buns.
- 3. Fill each bun with the buffalo chicken mixture.
- 4. Serve immediately.
- For Cheesy Bacon Wrapped Dates:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Stuff each date with goat cheese.
- 3. Wrap each date with a half slice of bacon.
- 4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bacon is crispy.
- For Spicy Chorizo Queso Dip:
- 1. In a large skillet, cook chorizo over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon until browned.
- 2. Add onion and cook until softened.
- 3. Stir in diced tomatoes and green chilies, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese.
- 4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and dip is smooth.

- For Loaded Potato Skins:
