  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar

  • ¼ cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • Optional: Green sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. 1. Cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  2. 2. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract and Bailey’s Irish Cream.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. 4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. 5. Cover the dough and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. 7. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie.
