These Bang Bang Chicken Skewers are an explosion of flavor. They are a delicious combination of sweet, spicy, and savory. Perfect for grilling, baking, or in a skillet.

- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (or more, to taste)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken cubes with soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar. Set aside.
- Thread chicken onto soaked wooden skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium heat (or oven to 400°F).
- Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning, until cooked through. Or bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Brush bang bang sauce over the skewers, coating fully.
- Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
