This creamy and spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip is the perfect appetizer for game day, parties, or any occasion. Made with shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and cheese, it’s a guaranteed crowd pleaser!

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great!)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (Frank’s RedHot is great)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Chopped green onions (optional)
  • Blue cheese crumbles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, buffalo wing sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the bowl.
  4. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. An 8×8 inch baking dish works perfectly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown around the edges.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and blue cheese crumbles (optional).
  9. Serve warm with your favorite dippers.
