This creamy and spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip is the perfect appetizer for game day, parties, or any occasion. Made with shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and cheese, it’s a guaranteed crowd pleaser!

- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great!)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (Frank’s RedHot is great)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Chopped green onions (optional)
- Blue cheese crumbles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, buffalo wing sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the bowl.
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. An 8×8 inch baking dish works perfectly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown around the edges.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and blue cheese crumbles (optional).
- Serve warm with your favorite dippers.
