Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle chips, quartered
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sweet pickle relish, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Set aside.
  2. 2. Cook the Ground Beef: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
