- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- Salt to taste
- 4 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup dill pickle chips, quartered
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sweet pickle relish, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Set aside.
- 2. Cook the Ground Beef: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
- 3. Sauté Aromatics: Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the ground beef. Cook until the onion is softened and translucent, about 3 5 minutes.
- 4. Season the Beef: Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 1 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- 5. Assemble the Burger Bowls: Divide the shredded lettuce among four bowls. Top with the seasoned ground beef, cherry tomatoes, red onion, avocado, pickle chips, and shredded cheese.
- 6. Drizzle with Sauce: Drizzle the prepared sauce over each bowl.
