Description

These irresistible cheddar bacon ranch pinwheels are the perfect appetizer or snack for any occasion. Flaky crescent dough filled with creamy ranch, sharp cheddar, and crispy bacon make these quick, easy, and a guaranteed crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough (seamless sheet preferred)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the dry ranch dressing mix and mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped chives until everything is evenly distributed.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface. If using the crescent roll sheets, simply open the package. If using the perforated crescent rolls, pinch the seams together to create a solid sheet.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire surface of the dough.
  6. Starting at one end, tightly roll the dough into a log.
  7. Using a sharp knife or dental floss, slice the log into 1/2 inch thick pinwheels.
  8. Place the pinwheels onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.
  9. Bake for 12 15 minutes, or until the pinwheels are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  10. Let the pinwheels cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring them to a serving platter. Serve warm or at room temperature.
