Ingredients

  • Fresh Strawberries: 1 pound, large and firm
  • Cream Cheese: 4 ounces, softened
  • Powdered Sugar: 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla Extract: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon Zest: 1/4 teaspoon (optional, for a hint of citrus)
  • Graham Cracker Crumbs: 2 tablespoons (optional, for garnish)
  • Mini Chocolate Chips: 2 tablespoons (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries. Cut off the tops and hollow out the center.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest (if using). Beat until combined.
  4. Transfer filling to a piping bag or zip-top bag with a corner snipped.
