- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, cut into cubes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cherries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and almond extract. Toss to coat.
