- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add the cheese, sausage, bacon, hash browns, onion, and bell pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
