  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions (optional)
  • Sesame seeds (optional)
  • Soft boiled egg, halved (optional)
  • Spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the chicken and cook until fully cooked and lightly browned, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  4. Whisk in the flour and cook for another minute, creating a roux. Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring there are no lumps.
  5. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
