- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the chicken and cook until fully cooked and lightly browned, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Whisk in the flour and cook for another minute, creating a roux. Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring there are no lumps.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, optional red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat to low and simmer for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- While the sauce simmers, cook the ramen noodles according to the package directions, but discard the seasoning packets.
- Drain the ramen noodles and add them to the skillet with the creamy garlic sauce. Add the cooked chicken and toss everything together until well coated.
