- 1 pound rotini pasta
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, dill pickle juice, Dijon mustard, sugar, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta, chopped dill pickles, red onion, and fresh dill to the bowl.
- Gently toss everything together until well combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
