Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slices cooked ham, cut into squares
  • 1 box fish shaped crackers
  • Red and blue food coloring
  • Cream cheese
  • 1 cantaloupe
  • 1 container blueberries
  • 1 pineapple

Instructions

  1. Slice the hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the egg yolks and place them in a bowl.
  2. Add the chopped spinach, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the yolks. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon the spinach yolk mixture back into the hollowed egg whites.
  4. Fold the ham slices onto a skewer.
  5. Gently place the halves of eggs onto each skewer.
