- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (1 ounce) packet dry Italian dressing mix
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the dry Italian dressing mix over the chicken.
- Pour the condensed cream of chicken soup and the chicken broth over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Stir the shredded chicken in the sauce.
- Drop the biscuit dough quarters over the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the biscuits.
- Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes, or until the biscuits are cooked through and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
