  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
