- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder

Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced pineapple, celery, red onion, and red bell pepper.
- 2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, lime juice, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
