- 1 cup freshly brewed coffee
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or MCT oil
- 1 tablespoon collagen powder
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Brew your coffee.
- In a blender, combine hot coffee, coconut or MCT oil, collagen, maca, cinnamon, milk, maple syrup or honey (if using), and salt.
- Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until frothy.
- Pour into a mug and enjoy immediately.
