  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Brew your coffee.
  2. In a blender, combine hot coffee, coconut or MCT oil, collagen, maca, cinnamon, milk, maple syrup or honey (if using), and salt.
  3. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until frothy.
