- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (or MCT oil)
- 1/2 teaspoon maca powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Brew your favorite coffee as you normally would.
- In a blender, combine the brewed coffee, coconut oil, maca powder, ashwagandha powder, cinnamon, and almond milk.
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and frothy. This usually takes about 30 to 60 seconds, depending on your blender.
- If you prefer a sweeter drink, add honey or maple syrup to taste and blend for a few more seconds.
