Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.nIn a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.nAdd cooked pasta, salami, provolone, ham, pepperoni, banana peppers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes to the bowl with the dressing and toss well.nGently fold in the shredded iceberg lettuce.nCover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.nBefore serving, toss again and garnish with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
