- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 sheet (14.1 ounces) puff pastry, thawed
- 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Everything bagel seasoning, for sprinkling (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, jalapenos, garlic, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Unfold puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
- Cut the puff pastry sheet in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 1-inch wide strips.
- Twist each strip several times and place on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
