These Loaded Big Mac Sliders are the perfect game day food. Easy to make and full of Big Mac flavor, they’re sure to be a hit!

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 12 slider buns
- 6 slices American cheese, cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup finely diced onion
- 1/4 cup dill pickle slices
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Divide beef into 12 patties and cook in a skillet until browned.
- Mix mayonnaise, relish, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika for the special sauce.
- Slice slider buns and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Top each bun with a beef patty and cheese quarters.
- Spread special sauce, lettuce, and onions over the patties.
- Top with pickle slices and the top halves of the slider buns.
- Cover with foil and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve immediately.
