- Make the Big Mac Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Set aside.nCook the Beef: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.nAssemble the Sliders: Slice the slider buns in half horizontally. Spread a generous amount of Big Mac sauce on both the top and bottom buns.nLayer the Ingredients: Place the bottom buns on a baking sheet.
