These Mini Grilled Cheese Hawaiian Rolls are bite sized bundles of cheesy goodness baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 (12 count) package Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese (or cheese of your choice)
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Using a serrated knife, slice the entire package of Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping the top and bottom bun sections intact.
  3. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Lay the cheese slices evenly over the bottom half of the rolls, overlapping if necessary.
  5. Replace the top half of the Hawaiian rolls.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley (if using).
  7. Brush the butter mixture evenly over the top of the rolls.
  8. Bake for 12 15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving. Cut into individual rolls and enjoy!
