These Mini Grilled Cheese Hawaiian Rolls are bite sized bundles of cheesy goodness baked to golden perfection.

- 1 (12 count) package Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 6 slices cheddar cheese (or cheese of your choice)
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Using a serrated knife, slice the entire package of Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping the top and bottom bun sections intact.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
- Lay the cheese slices evenly over the bottom half of the rolls, overlapping if necessary.
- Replace the top half of the Hawaiian rolls.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley (if using).
- Brush the butter mixture evenly over the top of the rolls.
- Bake for 12 15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Cut into individual rolls and enjoy!
