  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • For the Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the orzo according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
