  • 1 pound rotini pasta
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, lightly steamed or blanched
  • ½ cup red onion, finely diced
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup cooked and cubed ham or chicken (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions until al dente. Drain well and rinse with cold water.
  2. Prepare all vegetables: halve the tomatoes, dice the onion and cucumber, shred the carrots, and steam the broccoli.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, prepared vegetables, cheese (if using), and protein (if using).
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing, mayonnaise, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried dill.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve cold.
