A quick and easy taco salad recipe loaded with seasoned ground beef, crunchy Doritos, and all your favorite taco toppings!
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning (1 ounce)
- 1 cup water
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can sweet corn, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1 bag (10 ounces) Doritos, crushed
- For the Dressing:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the liquid has reduced.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, and taco seasoning until smooth. Set aside.
- In a large bowl or platter, layer the shredded lettuce, seasoned ground beef, kidney beans, sweet corn, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, and red onion.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine. Just before serving, sprinkle the crushed Doritos over the top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
