Instructions
- 1. Prepare berries by washing and cutting into bite sized pieces.
- 2. Slice apples and spread peanut butter (or sunflower seed butter) on each slice.
- 3. Peel a banana, slice it, and roll the banana slices in crushed graham crackers or coconut flakes.
- 4. Thread chunks of melon, grapes, and pineapple onto kid friendly skewers.
- 5. Wash and cut cucumber and carrot sticks. Serve with hummus for dipping.
- 6. Wash cherry tomatoes and bell peppers. Cut bell peppers into strips.
- 7. Bake or purchase whole grain mini muffins.
- 8. Cut cheese into cubes.
- 9. Pour yogurt into pouches and sprinkle with granola.
- 10. Cook hard boiled eggs, peel, and slice.
- 11. Air pop popcorn.
- 12. Spread peanut butter (or sunflower seed butter) on celery sticks. Add raisins.
- 13. Combine whole grain cereal, dried fruit, nuts (if age appropriate), and seeds.
- 14. Cook edamame and serve with the pod.
- 15. Bake sweet potato fries.
