Ingredients
- For Mini Heart Pizzas:
- Ready made pizza dough: 1 package
- Pizza sauce: 1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded: 2 cups
- Pepperoni slices, small: 1/2 cup
- Fresh basil leaves: Optional, for garnish
- For Strawberry Chocolate Bites:
- Fresh strawberries: 1 pound
- Dark chocolate chips: 1 cup
- White chocolate chips: 1/2 cup
- Sprinkles: Optional, for decoration
- For Caprese Skewers:
- Cherry tomatoes: 1 pint
- Fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini): 1 pint
- Fresh basil leaves: 1 bunch
- Balsamic glaze: Optional, for drizzling
- For Mini Quiches:
- Pie crust: 1 box
- Eggs: 4 large
- Heavy cream: 1/2 cup
- Shredded cheese (cheddar, Gruyere, or your favorite): 1 cup
- Cooked bacon or ham, diced: 1/2 cup
- Salt and pepper: to taste
Instructions
- Mini Heart Pizzas:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. Roll out pizza dough and use a heart shaped cookie cutter to create mini pizzas.
- 3. Place on a baking sheet, spread with pizza sauce, and top with mozzarella and pepperoni.
- 4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is melted. Garnish with basil.
- Strawberry Chocolate Bites:
- 1. Wash and dry strawberries thoroughly.
- 2. Melt dark chocolate and white chocolate separately, following package instructions.
- 3. Dip strawberries halfway into melted chocolate.
- 4. Decorate with sprinkles, if desired.
- 5. Place on parchment paper and refrigerate until chocolate sets.
- Caprese Skewers:
- 1. Thread cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil leaves onto skewers.
- 2. Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving (optional).
- Mini Quiches:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Cut pie crust into small circles and press into mini muffin tins.
- 3. Whisk eggs and heavy cream together. Stir in cheese, bacon or ham, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Pour egg mixture into each pie crust.
- 5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until set.
