  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine peaches, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Toss gently.
  3. Pour peach mixture into the baking dish. Dot with butter pieces.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Add milk and melted butter; stir until just combined. Don’t overmix.
