- 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and halvedn1 pint fresh raspberriesn1 pint fresh blueberriesn2 ripe bananas, sliced into 1-inch piecesnPackage of wooden skewersn1 cup plain Greek yogurtn2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)n1/2 teaspoon vanilla extractnA pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Wash all the fruit thoroughly. Hull and halve the strawberries. Slice the bananas.n2. Thread the fruit onto skewers in a Red, White, and Blue pattern.n3. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and cinnamon (optional).n4. Chill kabobs in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.n5.
