- 16 ounces nonfat Greek yogurt
- 4 ounces light cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and softened cream cheese. Mix well until smooth.
- Add the chopped cucumber, red onion, dill, and parsley to the bowl. Gently fold.
- Pour in the lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Before serving, give the dip another quick stir.
