Ingredients

  • 4 ounces light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and softened cream cheese. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Add the chopped cucumber, red onion, dill, and parsley to the bowl. Gently fold.
  3. Pour in the lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.
